What About Fido?

Dog-Face-Eyes-Nose-Only

Here at You’ve Got Maids®, we love our work! We love the people we meet, the places we see and the experiences we have as YGM house cleaners. And we certainly love pets!

And though we love them, work is work, and when we work, the job does, on occasion, necessitate our interacting with man's best friend.

And while many professional maids and cleaning service enjoy working around your furry friend, your pet milling about the house, shedding and wagging his (or her) tail... Well, that's not our style. Though we'd love to interact with Fido, we have a job to do.

Yes, we love our clients, and yes, we love your pets, but when our maids are on the clock, they have a singular focus - getting your home clean!!

Our goal is to provide you, our clients and customers with the great service you deserve. That starts on our end when we hire the best maids. That being said, there is high turnover in this industry, which goes hand in hand with job dissatisfaction.

We want long-term relationships with our maids, our clients, AND their furry friends, but as is the case in any relationship of import, healthy boundaries are necessary to keep the peace. Watch the video below to learn more about how we interact with man's best friend:

The following policy has as much to do with loving our clients as it does with respecting the dignity of our maids: For health and sanitary issues, our maids will not handle any human or animal waste or bodily fluids.
