While there are many legal limitations to what we can tell you about financials, we at You've Got Maids believe in the soundness of our industry. The Franchise Disclosure Document, aka the FDD, is a legally document that every franchise must disclose to a prospect before they become a franchisee, no later that 14 days prior to signing a franchise agreement (which must be held for seven days before signing). The FDD contains 23 mandated sections and is governed by the Federal Trade Commission.
