Maid University isn't just for you, it's also for your maids. After passing through our rigorous hiring process, every maid then has to graduate our Maid University. It's a series of videos, quizzes, tests, and field work that culminates in every maid getting a certification from Maid University. By having a uniform training process we can assure that everyone cleans our way. Believe it or not, there is a wrong way to clean. There's also a way to clean right, but take too much time. In an industry where wasted time is wasted profit, having a crew that's trained to give great service in great time is crucial. Maid University is going to help you, the owner, maintain the balance of giving great service, great jobs, all the while building your own money machine.
