The Employee Manual should be a book of rules to govern the employee–employer relationship. The better you, the Franchise Partner, become at articulating those rules to your maids, the better your chances of winning in the house cleaning industry become.
No Waffling Allowed!
Keep in mind that the Employee Manual won’t do it for you all by itself. You need to hold your house cleaners accountable. Some policies are deal breakers. If you have a deal breaker policy that one of your maids violates, you had better get rid of the maid or the policy. No waffling allowed! Remember, when a maid breaks a deal breaker policy that is her choice. Let her own it.
