“I just wanted to tell you a couple things about your team..1. I opened my door this morning to a group of smiles & good mornings. Was nice to see pleasant folks going to work.2. There attitudes are great with “no problem” responses.3. I am sure my place will be clean when I get home today as nice as last time.4. Kristin has the same attitude. I called to ask if something could be done next time – no problem & will put it on the list.5. I sent Kristin an email saying I needed to change my dates & CC – no problem.
