For Regular cleaning of granite counter tops, it's best to just use a mild dish soap that has been diluted with water. Apply with a soft cloth or sponge since the granite is easy to scratch. Make sure you are drying off the counter top once it has been washed and rinsed, since the granite absorbs, it may become an off color. Make sure to wring out the towel so you don't cause any damage to the counter top.
