The food is artfully paired with beautiful views of the surrounding lake, and the adjacent waterfall. I would strongly recommend that you try out the tagliatelle bolognese, the lasagna (it's massive, and layered perfectly), as well as the squid ink tagliolini.

Conejo Valley Botanic Garden - This botanical garden covers a wide expanse of 33 unique acres. The entirety of the garden is home to a wide variety of native birds and animals that make their way through the eighteen gardens located on the property. Hillcrest Open Space Preserve - This 4.5 mile loop offers a completely panoramic view of the Thousand Oaks area in the middle of your hike. The trail is rated as moderate in difficulty, and the rewards of your fitness paired with those views will surely brighten up any dull weekend.
