My role as the CEO of our house cleaning franchise has changed. In the beginning the number one goal was to build a house cleaning franchise that was profitable, served the unmet needs of our clients, and improved the lives of our employees. Next we needed to document what works (and what doesn't), so we could replicate our successes over, and over again. We documented our best practices in our Systems For Success now housed in Maid University.

So now what? Today my primary role is to support our house cleaning franchise partners as they strive to build profitable businesses that serve their clients’ needs, and improve the lives of our maids. Every day I wake up eager to improve and build upon our Systems For Success that attracts and retains franchisees.
