As Frank says, you may very well only need a handful of the steps, but we've explored every option for you and shared our experiences with our franchisees. These steps and best practices are outlined and explained in our Maid University, the internal site for our franchisees.

Attain

It's one thing to get a flow of applicants, it's quite another thing to establish a thorough vetting system that will put together the best team. We've been there, done that, and will train you on how we operate our hiring process. Again, this is all documented in our Maid University after being thoroughly addressed by the Founders through training here at Headquarters.
