Yes. Our professionally trained team brings all the products and equipment needed for your cleaning, including professionally maintained vacuums, fresh microfiber cloths, and clean, sanitized equipment.

We honor your scheduled appointment and aim to arrive as close to the scheduled time as possible. Because traffic, travel between homes, and the needs of earlier appointments can vary, please allow an arrival window of up to 45 minutes before or after your scheduled time.

Recurring services are generally scheduled for the same day and approximate time, and we make every effort to send the same team. This consistency helps you plan ahead and become familiar with the professionals caring for your home.

If a schedule or team adjustment is necessary, our office will communicate the change whenever possible.

Yes. Our Flexible Cleaning service is ideal for one-time needs. It can combine a deeper refresh in the kitchen and bathrooms with standard cleaning throughout the remaining areas of your home.

For homes needing more extensive detail work throughout, we may recommend our 52-Point Deep Clean™. Our team can help you choose the most appropriate option based on your priorities and the condition of the home.

Oven and refrigerator interiors are included with our 52-Point Deep Clean™ and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning.

For Recurring Cleaning, First Cleaning, and Flexible or One-Time Cleaning, they are available as optional add-ons for $50 each.

Please request these services in advance. Appliances must be emptied and ready for cleaning when required

If an area included in the agreed service needs additional attention, we will arrange a return visit to address it at no additional charge.

We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. A card on file is preferred and is typically processed after the service is completed.

An advance reservation deposit may be required for Deep Cleaning and Move-In/Move-Out services. If payment is not received within five days, the outstanding balance may be charged to the last card on file.
