There's a few tips of the trade for those of you with stained plastic cutting boards. We're avoiding the usage of bleach as per normal. We really just don't like bleach. It stains clothes, is toxic to the touch, and just is generally something we prefer to not have in the house. In fact, we used to use bleach in our house cleaning in our early years, but soon decided to remove it from our tool kit. We now cleans without bleach. And come to think of it, do you really want bleach on something that you'll be putting foods that you're going to eat on? I do not.
Back to the cutting boards. Cutting boards can get all sorts of discolored. Different juices and so on can soak into the cut grooves and leave stains. Our first tip is pretty simple.
But, it's not always easy to clean right away. Sometimes you're just too busy, there's so many things happening, and you're focused on just not burning anything.
