Then buff the window when you're done with a clean towel, or you can try this Window Cleaner Mix and see if it's any better than the newspaper and cleaner. If you add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of liquid detergent about 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 cups of water all in to a spray bottle and give it a good shake then use the Window Cleaner it should work like a charm.
