    How To Clean a Coffeemaker

We all need that boost in the morning, when we are half awake, and nothing sounds better than a cup of coffee that will make us feel at least half human. The coffeemaker also needs cleaned. You may notice that it has stopped making coffee as fast or it just looks dirty. Whatever the case, you can try this below to see if it helps with your issue or the looks of it.

Get some vinegar and run it through on the brew cycle to clean out the buildup of the hard water or the added minerals. Then make sure you run a few cycles of water to make sure all the left over vinegar is out. I don't think a cup of coffee with a side flavor of vinegar sounds too appealing. You can also try some bleach and water solution to clean the outside surfaces of the coffeemaker or the filter, but I'd suggest with less harsh chemicals or do natural cleaners instead.
