    Toilet Bowl Stains

So you have some hard water build up in that house you've just moved into. Or perhaps you just have hard water. It's caused a big mess and your not sure where to start. One article suggests that you shut off the water first, then drain the water tank. Since cleaning products will work better on stains when it's applied directly on the stain. If you have a white toilet you can also use a pumice stone to remove that ring. Just wet it with some water and rub gently with some pressure, until the stain is gone. Just make sure the toilet and pumice stone are wet or you may scratch the porcelain, and we don't want that. You could also use a baking soda paste. Just mix water and baking soda until it's a thick paste. Add it to the the stain and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. Then scrub and the stain should be gone.
