I've seen microfiber couches and when they have water spilled on them or something else on them, they look horrible! Not only is the owner embarrassed to have anyone over they don't think they can fix the ugly marks all over the couch. Supposedly you can fix those spots with just a few items, a spray bottle, a white scrubby pad, a white scrub brush and some rubbing alcohol.

It doesn't look that hard you just spray and scrub with your sponge then once it dries you take the brush over it to fluff it back up. It's worth a try just make sure you test a small area before applying just in case and don't use any colored sponge or brush as it may leak on your couch.
