Who does the outside of the house work? Is It you or someone else? I've noticed that no matter how many times you clean the outside of the window and the tracks it always seems dirty come the fall or spring. I will have to try this white vinegar and baking soda mix. Normally I just clean the track off with the Windex since that's the only thing I have at the time.

    Easy Pet Hair removal Help

      Amanda  |    Mar 21, 2016 8:54:08 AM  |    House Cleaning Tips

Cleaning up your pets hair is not always the fastest or the easiest. I've used a ton of methods to get up cat hair. We've tried the sticky roller, the vacuum, trying to cover the area so they will lay on their "own" blanket, and then this animal brush to get some areas of the home clean. It works on certain areas only like the carpet or the rugs. Keep an eye on your couches and be careful as it may scratch the couch. I'm not sure how often anyone cleans their hair brush? Normally when we use the hair brush we are trying to get around and get out of the house. I find myself just cleaning it when it gets to the point of It looks like a small mouse has made a bed on the brush. I know...gross, right? But normally I am running short on time and I have to hurry. When I do have time, I don't think about cleaning out the brush. I'll have to go home and clean my hair brush this weekend.

      Amanda  |    Feb 22, 2016 9:29:17 AM  |    House Cleaning Tips

We all have those days even if we aren't parents, that we end up misplacing a bottle with something other than water in it. When you finally find the bottle it's all gross with mold. I'm guilty of just tossing the bottles and buying a new one at that point. But if you've found yourself with one of these bottles, try to soak the bottle with a teaspoon or so of Clorox bleach, and then fill the container 2/3rds full of water.
