Early last month, during a regular bi-weekly cleaning, a ceramic trinket was accidentally broken. Your Team Leader, Val Frazer, brought it to me and was so upset it had happened. I told her not to worry about it. It was a simple ceramic spoon rest of no value.

On her next visit, she hands me a pretty gift bag with matching tissue and says this is for you. It was a ceramic spoon rest identical to the one that had been broken. I was overwhelmed at her thoughtfulness and determination to fix what had happened. Over the years, I have employed many maids, and things have been broken, but I have NEVER had anyone EVER replace an item. Val had gone online and found the identical item.

What an employee you have. What Val did was ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties. I sincerely appreciate her and her work ethic.
