The people....from the owner, to the office manager, to the maids.....all were extremely nice, friendly, cheerful....in spite of a difficult job. Our house requires a lot of detail work and stretching for tall ceilings; yet, the employees were awesome in their attention to detail. They worked very hard constantly throughout the job. I checked the stair railings, under sofas, cabinets, floors: A+ on all!
What can we do to improve our services? Just keep up the good work over the long haul. I know it is difficult to keep the enthusiasm up over months, but I think Linda, Amelia, and Elizabeth have the capacity to hang in there. (I hope I got those names right! They are very nice women.) I look forward to a long-term relationship with You've Got Maids.
