    We offer house cleaning services in; Agoura Hills, Calabasas (including Hidden Hills), Camarillo, Malibu, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Westlake Village (and Lake Sherwood) and into Santa Barbara County.     Can I just get a rough figure of how much it will cost to clean my home?

    You might be thinking, “I don’t care about your company, just give me the price.” But you know it’s impossible to get an accurate price, without finding out exactly what it is you need. Be wary of the instant price quotes. That’s like telling the doctor you have a pain in your stomach and, without hesitation, they prescribe you medication.  Let us help customize a cleaning solution tailored especially for you.

    We realize every home is unique and as individual as you are. Which is why we prefer to visit your home to provide you with a more accurate price. This also enables you to get a feel for us as business owners and hopefully enable you to trust us.

    When we carry out a No Obligation Estimate, we base our pricing on factors like clutter, pets, how many people living in the home, and even your lifestyle, all of which affect the way we clean and can determine the price. We then can give you a range that takes into account all the possibilities of cleaning your home.

    What are your rates?

    Our experience has enabled us to learn that every home is as unique and individual as the people living there. We can look at two homes that are exactly the same layout but can vary in price because of varying factors, which can include clutter, how many people living there, the presence of pet hair, and your lifestyle. Many people work long hours and therefore their houses don’t have much use and others work from home and have large families. Please contact us on 805-321-6243 for further information.

    Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?

    We do. Whilst most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning service on a regularly scheduled day, we also offer one-time cleans such as our signature 52 Point Spring Cleans (Deep Cleans), Move In or Move Out Cleans, Post Construction Cleans, Pre-Party Cleans and Post-Party Cleans. We can also customize a clean for you. 

    Do you offer weekly or bi-weekly services?

    Yes, this is our most popular option by our clients. We offer weekly or bi-weekly service but we can also customize our cleanings. Our most popular recurring service is our weekly and bi-weekly service. However, we have some clients that request our services on a daily basis, twice weekly and a few on a monthly basis. We use a proven system to clean thoroughly, consistently, and efficiently. For a list of items we generally clean during a visit, please visit our cleaning services page. We also tailor our visit to your individual needs and your home's cleaning requirements. 

    Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?

    Yes. We bring absolutely everything we need to clean your home properly. You don't have to provide a single thing. However, we do have some clients that ask us to use their own specific products, which is fine as long as they are safe to use and legal too (you’ll be surprised).

    What if a member of your staff should fall whilst cleaning my home – are you insured?

    You have nothing to fear – we are insured. Now, not all cleaning service companies are born equal. Whilst some people think cleaning houses is pretty straight forward, but it really isn’t the case. 

    We know of some horror stories and several people who have been sued up to $96,000 because they hired an uninsured maid service who claimed against them when she fell on her property. 

    We also have one client who was sued by his former maid after she tripped spilling bleach on his carpet. To add insult to injury, she then successfully sued him for $112 per week for the rest of her working life (estimated at 28 years - $163,000 in total) as she claimed she had chipped a bone in her ankle and she was uninsured. 

    Both these clients quickly discovered their home owners insurance did not cover them as they were employing domestic workers.

    This is important; In the State of California, when you hire an independent cleaner or tradesman, there are some important requirements you should be aware of. According to Internal Revenue Service Publication 926, Household Employer's Tax Guide, if you hire someone to do household work and you control not only what work is done, but how it is done, you are considered to have a household employee. If you have a household employee, it is important to understand your obligations as a household employer. For more information about household employees, see IRS publication 926

    Once you are a domestic employer, you are also under liable for providing a safe work place environment and workers compensation insurance, if not and they should trip, you are liable for their medical bills. If you pay your employee in cash or off-the-books, you are then liable for their unpaid taxes. Furthermore, your employee is not contributing to their Social Security.

    How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

    We will always send a minimum of two (unless otherwise requested). However, there are times we will send three, four or even some jobs have required five team members to clean a home. Our goal is to customize the cleaning to meet our client’s needs. We will work with you so that you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.

    If I book a recurring house cleaning service, will the same person be cleaning my home each time?

    We make every effort to ensure that we keep the same team who serves your home cleans during each visit. The only exception to this is if a member of the team should be off on vacation or is ill. On the rare occasion this should happen, we will contact you beforehand to learn if you prefer someone other than your regular cleaning professional or would rather change your scheduled day so your favorite team member can clean.

    We very rarely lose a client unless they move away, and this is because of the little things like this. 

    What time will you be at my home?

    We make every effort to arrive at your address at the same time for each clean. We do recommend if you need us to be at your home at a specific time, we recommend that you aim for a service at the beginning of the day. As we go through our working day, we can sometimes encounter issues that delay our arrival at our next client’s home, such as traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. After our first service, we give you a window of time for our arrival.

    If for example there are problems on the 101 or on PCH – which we know there can sometimes be long delays – then, we will notify you of any delay. 

    Do I need to be at home, or can I provide you with a key?

    Nope, you don’t need to be there. Most of our clients lead busy lives and are at work during the day. We therefore offer a free key holding service for most of our clients. 

    Our keys are kept in a secure key safe and can only be accessed by our owners or senior staff. The key cabinet also is alarmed and has camera facing it, so we can see who has accessed the cabinet. The keys are also coded and entered into a separate encrypted system, so your address does not appear anywhere on the key tag. These are dropped in a key drop at our office each day.

    Is my home too big or too small?

    Not at all. We clean anything from a 600sq foot retirement apartment to a 12,000 sq foot home for well-known sports stars. Our clients come from all walks of life from those that are retired, in the emergency services, in the armed forces, work in retail, doctors, lawyers, in the entertainment industry, or NFL & NBA stars.

    We provide the same level of service for each and every client and treat their home as if it is our own.
