Cancer has impacted my family and friends in many ways. I have lost loved ones to this awful disease and have watched many of my family members as well as close personal friends deal with this debilitating illness.

I don't know about you, but personally I find my slow cooker to be my most valuable cooking utensil. My weeks are so busy, that I find the convenience and ease of cooking with it to be a huge asset in my kitchen.

Mini-blinds are difficult to clean, and can get broken in the process. I have found that mini-blinds are some of the most difficult things to clean in a home. There is a tremendous amount of surface area with hard to get to corners. Dust and grime tends to settle on them for long periods of time between cleanings if a professional cleaning service hasn't been used. And, they become brittle and break easily.

I don't know about you, but I am always looking for ways to better organize rooms in my home. Sometimes there are some really effective methods that are also pretty easy on the pocketbook.

One of the most essential tools that all of our maids carry with them on jobs is a toothbrush. Customers sometimes seemed surprised by this, but we use toothbrushes all over our customer's homes.
