Golden Rule House Cleaning Franchise

You’ve Got MAIDS is a Golden Rule house cleaning franchise; it goes like this:

Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.

This is the best, most boiled down & simplest business model I have ever read. The Golden Rule can be improved upon when you decide to treat others the way “they” would want to be treated. Naturally, you can’t do that unless you can walk a mile in their moccasins.

He With All The Gold Makes All Of The Rules.

Some franchisors act more like dictators. It’ their way or the highway. To a certain extent that is why you join a franchise, to benefit from their years of business experience, but that’s not what I am talking about.

Some franchisors collect more revenues from their franchisee’s by forcing them to buy products from them. For these franchisors, the old adage of he with all the gold, makes all of the rules applies. Not so at You’ve Got MAIDS. Coming from the franchise world I know what it feels like to be forced to purchase equipment from my franchisor, when I could easily go on the free market and save a ton of money on the same equipment.

At our franchise, we don’t require our franchisee’s to purchase anything from us. If our franchise partners can find a better price on vacuums, Ladybug steam vapor cleaners, uniforms or cleaning supplies then we say good luck. It’s the right thing to do. It's the Golden Rule thing to do.
