Our franchise partner in Charleston SC sent this picture of a competitors maid services new Lexus LX 470 which has been parked overnight in front of our Daniel Island maid service office. According to Lexus of Charleston’s website it would cost our maid service $75,000 per vehicle to keep up with the Joneses.

This 8-cylnder Lexus gets 12 mpg in the City so perhaps it is being parked in front of our environmentally friendly maid service office until the cash for clunkers maid service program is resurrected.

The thing I find amusing is that this company can afford a new Lexus LX 470 8 cylinder vehicle, yet they have not invested in a web site. Here are a few reasons why you should not purchase Lexus’s for your maid service:

1. COST – You will need to charge more for your maid service to pay for your wheels.
2. ENVIRONMENT – This maid service vehicle is leaving a huge carbon footprint.
3. IMAGE – It is never a good idea for the maids to have a nicer car than their customers.
