I want to let you know what a great job your two staff members did on Monday. I think they took over from another team and arrived approximately 3:30. I believe anyone who had already had a full day of work would be rather tired and unresponsive upon arrival. I expected a rather so so clean. Not your two from Monday! They came in the front door smiling, professional and immediately went to work. There was nothing they missed and I have to give them a better than excellent review. Although I do not know their names, I would have them back any time to clean. It's great that you have superior employees, especially these days when it's hard to find good help!

Hired You've Got Maids for their "Spring" Deep Clean, which was absolutely amazing! While we clean and keep up with our house every week, we've lived in our home for more than 20 years and have had a dog all through that time. After our latest sweet dog passed, we decided it was time for a thorough deep clean, and we were super impressed. Every detail they promised to cover they covered. (e.g. I don't think our toaster oven knobs have looked this good since we bought it!:) The house was sparkling and I really like that they use green cleaning products, so we didn't have to worry about strong chemical odors. The house smelled nice and fresh. We were also touched by a little compassion they left behind. Given that our dog passed only a few weeks ago, we still have not moved his basket--just aren't ready. The team leader took great care to clean the basket, remove each toy and then reposition the toys very carefully and mindfully to create the sweetest display of our boy's favorite items. That kind of thing is just over and above--given that it was the first time we've used YGM, she didn't even know us. But we could tell she cared and shared our pain. While our budget won't accommodate weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, I will definitely call them again for special occasions or for a deep cleaning service. Well worth the investment!!!

You have an absolutely excellent staff...I have never been disappointed. I have been working from home since March, 2020 and when they clean.. I never know they are here. I realize it, when I finally hear the vacuum sweeper and realize I have to get their tip ready... Apparently, your training must be to notch as they are professional, quiet, constantly working, no playing or giggling.. they never disappoint. Thank you so much for the professionalism and thoroughness...

I wanted to thank you, Lynn, and the rest of the team for doing a fantastic job on our bombed-out shell of a house.
B.E.M. was born on January 13th weighing 9 pounds, 13 ounces and measuring 21 1/2 inches long. We had been preparing for his arrival for a while, and the house kept throwing us surprises.
He was delivered by scheduled c-section so we figured that we would be home by Thursday to tidy up the house, but a minor complication required mother and baby stay at the hospital until late Thursday afternoon, with me spending overnight at the hospital most nights. By Thursday morning, I was so frazzled that I had forgotten to tidy up. But when we brought B--- home for the first time, your crew had done a fantastic job of cleaning around the clutter and making sure that the house was ready for him.
Your flexibility over the past few months has been critical for maintaining our sanity throughout the pregnancy. On behalf of C.M. and B.M., I wanted to thank all of you and let you know how much we appreciate your consistently awesome service.
