There's a little backstory about this multifaceted review written by Leanne E. recently on Yelp for You've Got Maids of Orange County. Earlier in the week, Leanne tells the readers that she was won over before she even had service from owner Josh Melendez simply because of the thoughtful reply to a disgruntled reviewer.
