Will my housecleaning franchise have a protected territory? Absolutely! We wouldn’t have it any other way. Each You’ve Got MAIDS Franchise Partner has a protected territory to ensure no company-owned or other franchise partner will ever compete with them for the same Customers.

How long is a maid service franchise agreement good for? Our initial franchise agreement continues for a period of ten (10) years. Renewal is available for all Franchise Partners who are in compliance with their franchise agreement.

What kind of training can I expect as a franchisee? All new franchise partners participate in a 1 week training program at You’ve Got MAIDS University located outside of Charleston, SC. Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training, including ongoing mentoring.

How much can money can I make as a You’ve Got MAIDS Franchisee? We’re not allowed to answer that. However the math is somewhat simple. You should be able to create a performa statement to test your hypothesis.

How much are Royalties? You’ve Got MAIDS Royalties average between 5.5% & 2.95% of gross sales. This is extremely competitive in the maid service franchise industry. The more sales you generate out of your You’ve Got MAIDS office the lower your royalty percentage!
