At You’ve Got MAIDS® there is no final commencement day. Training does not stop after the core curriculum is completed. Training and testing our maids is a continuous process.
Another secret behind our success and strong operations is our chain of command. Each maid is accountable to her on-site supervisor. Each team leader is responsible when Alice DeMaid, our Quality Control Manager, checks standards or completes a surprise inspection. All employees have the opportunity to advance to management and earn pay raises, while management has the opportunity to own their own franchise.
